So what is EX45 Conditioning ?
Ex45 is a new addition for 2017 and you will see a lot of this class on the timetable, however we thought you may be slightly confused as to what it actually is?
Really this class is your one stop shop for a full body workout and unlike some other regimented and choreographed exercise programmes you may have tried elsewhere, we pride ourselves on offering a different workout every single session.
We use a mix of body weight exercises and interval training with weights, steps, chairs, gliders and core work to give you a full adrenaline boosting blast of a workout that leaves you feeling great! All major muscle groups are worked, the instructors work with you all the way, encouraging, keeping the intensity up and the fun factor high, throw in some banging tunes to keep you motivated and boom !!!!! Pretty much the perfect class.
